24on.ai is a hosted workspace. We collect what we need to run the service: your account details, the content of your workspace, logs of actions agents take, and the information you send us when you book a demo.

What we store

Workspace data (jobs, traces, files you upload, connected-account tokens we need to act on your behalf), usage and cost records, and the emails you send us. Each customer’s data lives in its own isolated workspace.

What we don’t claim

We host your workspace, which means we can technically access your data to operate the service. This is not end-to-end encryption, and we will not describe it that way.

Who else sees data

Agents use third-party AI models and the tools you connect (for example email or payments). Those providers receive what is required to complete an action you allowed. We do not sell your data.

Export and deletion

Your data is exportable on request. If you close your account, we delete workspace data we no longer need to keep for legal or security reasons. Write to [email protected].
