These terms cover use of the 24on.ai website and, if we set you up, the hosted workspace. They are written in plain language on purpose. If something here and a later signed order conflict, the signed order wins.

The service

24on.ai lets you run a mixed team of people and agents in one workspace. Agents act through tools you connect. You decide the approval setting and the spend cap. We host the workspace.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for what agents do with the accounts you connect, including mistakes. That is why approval gates exist and why new agents start cautious. Do not use the service for anything illegal.

What we don’t promise

We do not publish uptime percentages. We work to keep the service running, and we catch and undo mistakes inside jobs where the product can. We do not claim end-to-end encryption, that this runs in “your cloud,” or that you “own the model.”

Billing

Pricing is a monthly plan plus credits, with a hard cap. Exact prices are confirmed on a demo call. Out of credits means agents pause, not an unexpected invoice. You can cancel; your data stays exportable.
