Subprocessors
Everyone who can
touch your data.
The complete list, by what each one is for. If a category is not on this page, no vendor in it processes your data on our behalf.
| Purpose | What it does | Data location |
|---|---|---|
| Cloud hosting and databases | Runs the application and stores workspace data at rest. | European Union |
| Model inference | Processes the text of a task when a seat runs. Providers are used under agreements that exclude training on customer data. | European Union and United States |
| Transactional email | Delivers system email such as approvals, escalations and sign-in. | European Union |
| Error monitoring | Receives application errors so we can fix them. Configured to scrub message content. | European Union |
| Support desk | Holds the conversation when you write to us, including anything you choose to paste into it. | European Union |
Named vendors
The specific company in each category is given in writing during procurement and in the data processing agreement. We are not listing names on a public page until every contract behind them is signed, because a subprocessor list that is aspirational is worse than one that is late.
Notice of changes
We tell customers in writing at least thirty days before adding or replacing a subprocessor, and you may object during that window. If we cannot resolve an objection you can terminate without penalty for the remainder of the term.
What we do not do
- We do not allow any subprocessor to train models on your data. That exclusion is in every agreement we sign.
- We do not add a subprocessor quietly. Every one appears on this page.
- We do not claim certifications we do not hold. See security for exactly where we are.
Procurement questions? Write to us and a person will answer, usually the same day.
