Every competitor in this space either fakes their proof or hides their product. The first collapses under ten minutes of checking. The second means a small business cannot assess you at all without booking a call they are not ready for.
What the Floor actually is
It is a monitoring window: your operation on one screen. Who is working, who is waiting on you, what is idle. Human and agent seats take the same shape, because that is the point.
The public preview is an illustrative workflow with sample activity. It shows how work can move through the Floor; it is not a recording of customer activity. Real product recordings will be added separately.
A window, not the machine
The Floor is driven by the same event stream that powers the audit log. It never invents anything. It draws what actually happened. Turn it off and the system runs identically.
Which is why it is evidence rather than the pitch. The argument is the mixed team. The Floor is how you check the argument is true.

Perfection reads as fake. Visible recovery reads as real, and it is also the honest claim: mistakes are caught and undone, not mistakes do not happen.
